- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, operations, or a related field.
- Master's degree is a plus.
- 8+ years of continuous career progression in the Supply Chain management.
- Proven experience in production planning, with a track record of successful leadership in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning software.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in production planning.
