Job Description:Position Summary DetailsABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Floor technician.Essential FunctionsABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Floor technician.The Floor technician may be responsible for cleaning and maintaining floors, including stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, sealing and spot cleaning. Also responsible for using safety measures in work areas. The floor technician may be asked to assist with special projects within the account as needed. Willing to complete other duties as assigned.Responsibilities
Floor Technicians clean floors and carpets for large facilities, such as gymnasiums, hospitals, businesses and schools. Responsibilities shown on example resumes in this field include assembling and fabricating parts and engines to customers' specifications; mopping, scrubbing, and shining uncarpeted areas, utilizing the right products and gear needed for the job; and receiving and processing part orders.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available
