Your role is essential in ensuring clients receive the necessary support for independent living and mental well-being.Demonstrates competency in delivering Motivational Interviewing (MI), effectively engaging individuals served through engagement, assessment, and intervention.What does this position look like~ A Residence Specialist II is responsible for participation in the development of individual comprehensive service plans. Participation in individual service coordination activities. Communicating observations and information about the clients to the program coordinator, RN and treatment team. Documenting observations, information and services provided to the client in progress notes. On-site services and support supervising, organizing and supporting recreational and/or socialization activities. Assists in development of social, daily living survival skills. Assists in providing transportation. Promotes usage of community services.
