DESCRIPTIONThe Business Planning Role within Global Realty serves as a program leader on numerous business topics across the portfolio of the team. The role will focus specifically on North America Real Estate (NA RE) within Global Realty. The group's mission is to deliver building and engineering expertise, resources, and products in addition to change and cost evaluations that exceed industry standards to internal Amazon customers.Key job responsibilities
The person in this role will be leveraged as Global Realty's single threaded owner and expert on all products and services associated with building design, building engineering, design change, and optimized cost evaluation for Amazon's existing and planned real estate portfolio. This includes:- Manage deliverables for weekly, monthly, annual and multi-year planning and business reviews within Global Realty
- Execute the annual goals planning process
- Implement systems that ensure strong follow-up management occurs on action items and questions with relevant senior leaders
- Management of competing priorities across a wide range of stakeholders
- Ensure time is focused on the highest value activities and issues
- Build and manage agendas for leadership meetings and off sites
- Provide an independent perspective and acting as a sounding board for ideas
- Create content for periodic update emails and all-hands meetings as well as internal and external presentationsWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Bellevue, WA, USABASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadershipPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
