Marketing Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute a marketing and communications plan tailored to the assigned product line’s strategic priorities.
- Align marketing initiatives with enterprise-wide CBIZ campaigns and the broader B&I strategy.
- Partner with service line leadership to identify and prioritize key growth opportunities.
- Partner with marketing teams across services, regions, and industries to ensure cohesive efforts.
- Serve as a liaison between the service line and the broader marketing organization to align priorities and share best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including service line leaders, industry partners, and clients.
- Gather and incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine marketing strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and guide junior marketing team members, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and results-driven environment.
- Provide clear direction and feedback to ensure team success and professional growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Or High School Diploma (or GED) and 7 years’ experience in relevant field
- Must have and preserve required licenses
- Proficient use of applicable technology
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
- Ability to travel as required by business
