  • Independent representation of clients in their estate, charitable, business succession, and estate and gift tax planning
  • Representation of fiduciaries in trust, estate, and probate administration
  • Assisting with the development of firm policies and procedures related to estate planning services
  • Managing client relationships and delivering high-quality legal counsel
  • Developing client referrals and contributing to firm growth
Your Experience and Qualifications:
  • Strong legal knowledge and practical experience in estate planning and probate
  • Licensed to practice in North Carolina (Required)
  • Superb attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A client-centered attitude with a service-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Willingness to follow and contribute to established firm processes
Role Details:
  • Location: Raleigh, NC (In-Person Only)
  • Salary: Starting at $110,000 -$120,000, with potential for higher compensation based on experience
  • Billable Requirement: Target 3x annual salary
