In addition to your deep expertise and experience in delivery and business management, you will bring excellent problem solving, communication and teamwork skills, strong business insight, an inclusive leadership demeanor and a continuous learning focus to all that you do.Here is What You Can Expect on a Typical DayLead CTO’s agile portfolio and delivery management function and teams.Guide and influence the execution of the technology strategy via agile principles. ​Lead technology workforce management across all Agile teams within the organization. ​Provide functional guidance on workforce management strategies for agile teams, including embedded technology teams, where relevant. ​Partner with CIOs and key leaders to set and manage multi-year forecast.​Responsible for the delivery and reporting of accountability metrics or OKRs within the business unit and with other groups such as VMO, etc. ​Ensure the effective execution of business area activities relative to audit, compliance, resource management, engagement, and work environment.The Skills & Expertise You BringDirect experience managing and leading agile teams, and cross collaborating with other technology organizations.Fluency in multiple Agile methodologies, including Scaled Agile Framework®, with proven expertise in scaling and delivery across teamsProficiency in multiple Agile delivery toolchains including Jira, Jira Align, and Miro.Business acumen and functional expertise at the level of a recognized contributor within the Enterprise. ​Maintains broad knowledge of state-of-the-art principles/theory and stays current on advancements within the field. ​Forward thinking, researching industry trends to anticipate customer needs and/or business opportunities/challenges that will deliver enterprise outcomes. ​Strong ability to provide guidance, leadership, and influence across enterprise/functions. ​Shares knowledge internally & externally, builds the community and raises technical/business acumen of the team.You'll Love Working Here Because You CanJoin a team and culture where your voice matters; where every day, your work transforms our experiences to make lives better. The salary range for this role is from $207,800.00 to $281,200.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
