This is a full-time 40 hours per week position in our West Salem Office. As the Member Service Representative Lead, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the branch while mentoring a team of Member Service Representatives. You'll help ensure our members receive the highest level of service, assisting with training and supporting, and contribute to the overall success of the branch. This position is responsible for resolving complex member concerns and escalated service issues. In addition, this position opens new accounts, processes transactions, and promotes credit union products and services in accordance with credit union policies and procedures. Two years of banking experience required. Proven sales experience required. Ability to lead/train individuals preferred.
