- 7+ years of construction/handyman experience
- Full set of basic hand tools
- Reliable transportation
- Plumbing (including sweating pipe)
- Light electrical experience
- Tile work
- Estimation skills and prior home inspection experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Current & valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check & drug screen
- Strong documentation and invoicing skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
