The position will collaborate with segment leaders to deliver reporting and analytics that will drive business decisions and processes, as well as track key performance indictors to assess goal progress.In addition to Qlik-centric reporting, there will be additional business software platforms, including Salesforce and Sageworks, that this role will interface with to enhance data reporting and processes. The colleague will be responsible for participating in meetings and trainings that leverages established reporting/data.The position will support Business Banking administrative responsibilities such as assisting with account payables (supplies, sponsorships, etc.), inputting service tickets on behalf of segment colleagues, and welcoming new hires within the segment.Key Responsibilities:Develop, enhance, and maintain dashboards and a reporting environment that summarizes data at an employee, group, and business unit levelUtilize complex SQL and advanced Qlik formulas to simplify large data sets and deliver meaningful metrics to business leadersPartner with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and serve as a thought leader and key executor on designing and building solutionsInvent and implement new ways to define and measure success and productivityDrive adoption and engagement of Qlik user base and ensure functionality is being maximizedContribute to employee training of reporting environmentsSupport continuous improvement projectsImprove data quality used by business units and key partners, including Credit, Finance, Marketing, and CorporatePerform regular audits and improvements to data systems to ensure complete and accurate reportingPerform routine Business Administration tasksSkills and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Data Science or Computer Science or related field preferredExperience in business intelligence and data analysis (financial services background is a plus)Experience building and managing reports using QlikView data visualization platform or similar (e.g. Tableau)Experience publishing and managing content and jobs on a Qlik serverAbility to create, manage, and scale time series data setsExperience with SQL and manipulating large data sets in a relational databaseExperience with advanced Excel functions to build tables and charts and VBA coding to automate processes a plusStrong analytical and operational capability, with ability to manage projects and timelinesQlik certifications a plusEffective communication skills (verbal/written)The estimated salary range for this position is $79,000.00 to $89,000.00 USD annually. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
