- Completes and processes necessary documentation and/or paperwork.
- Provide trouble-shooting and problem-solving assistance.
- Read pertinent documentation as required to verify correct products and components (i.e. Bills of Material (BOM) and/or Bills of Lading (BOL).
- Verifies accuracy of finished goods, labeling, location, etc.
- Works with others regarding new product implementation, packaging and labeling.
- Maintain accurate records of audit activities.
- Explain problems or finding to plant management and reports audit performance results.
- Notifies supervisor when unacceptable product/material is discovered.
- Perform tasks with limited or no supervision.
- Maintain satisfactory performance levels.
- Able to organize and direct special projects with minimal direction as required.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Must be able to perform all physical demands of the position including bending, stooping, reaching, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs., on a limited basis.
- Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, written correspondence, memos, and have the ability to write simple correspondence.
- Must be able to perform basic math skills to include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
- Must demonstrate ability to work well with other departments.
- Must demonstrate excellent analytical and organizational skills required.
- Prefer ability to use various instruments and equipment (i.e. calipers, micrometers, hardness gauge forklift, pallet jack, etc.)
- Prefer basic computer experience using MS Office, Word, Excel, WMS, etc.
