- Participate in month end financial close processes in accordance with U.S. GAAP, including journal entries, variance analysis, and account reconciliations.
- Perform in Accounts Receivable functions such as statement and aging reviews.
- Lead multiple tax preparations and submissions.
- Perform internal control reviews to ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley.
- Interact with internal and external auditors as required to accomplish objectives.
- Manage the fixed asset inventory cycle count program and properly transact disposals.
- Record new fixed assets and book monthly depreciation.
- Support the Plant Leadership team and communicate as a business partner.
- Improves knowledge by partaking in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and sustaining personal networks.
- Engage in continuous improvement efforts.
- Perform all other tasks as assigned.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- History of being able handle multiple tasks with accuracy.
- Demonstrated research and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to analyze large volumes of data.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
- Thorough knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
- Experience with large accounting/ERP systems. Syteline preferred.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Pay: This is an exempt, salary position and employees are paid on a bi-weekly basis
- Typical Schedule: Five (5) Eight (8) hour days M-F,
- Location: On Site – 20812 Broadway Ave; Snohomish, WA 98296
- Travel: Very minimal to none
- Employees are eligible on the 1st of the month following the completion of 60 days of employment for:
- Medical: OSW applies a contribution of 82% of the EE Only Base PPO premium to all plans and coverage levels and pays 25% of the dependent portion of the premium (based on the Base PPO Premiums) for the Spouse, Child, and Family coverage levels.
