
Director, IT G&A Business Partner

- Build and maintain strong business partnerships with G&A teams to understand their business needs and challenges to identify process and technology solutions.
- Collaborate with all levels of the G&A teams to develop and execute IT strategies and prioritize technology roadmaps that support business objectives.
- Establish shared vision on solutions with cross functional stakeholders, facilitating decision making and addressing trade-offs within and between solution platforms.
- Manage system initiatives for projects of high complexity and large scale.
- Facilitate smooth transitions as G&A technology platforms evolve, providing training and support to ensure user adoption.
- Track and report on the performance of IT initiatives, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the security and reliability of IT systems.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to G&A and Enterprise applications.
- Partner with Enterprise Architect to streamline flow of data between G&A systems
- Bachelors degree/Masters degree or equivalent and 10+ years in the delivery of technology services and support, including experience in pharma, life sciences, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change in G&A domains like Finance, HR, Legal, Corporate Affairs, and Facilities.
- Experience working with enterprise applications, including ERP, HCM/HRIS, and ITSM.
- Experience working in regulated environments, including SOX, GxP, and GDPR/CCPA. Understanding of IT governance and compliance standards such as ITIL.

- Master's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in IT G&A functions within pharma industry required
- Relevant experience and certification in enterprise applications (e.g., Oracle ERP, Workday, payroll, travel and expense, contract lifecycle management) required.
- Experience with enterprise data management and analytics is desirable.
