
Service Coordinator

- Process and manage billing for all service orders
- Complete and submit warranty claims for parts and services
- Follow-up on pending parts and service orders
- Assist service technicians and customers with various service-related inquiries and tasks such as van re-stock and transfers.
- Log new equipment and batteries upon arrival
- Maintain records of service orders, parts, and warranty claims
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any service-related issues or delays.
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist Service Manager with scheduling road calls and covering shop responsibilities.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience in a service or parts coordination role preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills
