Be part of it.The Inside Sales Director will provide leadership and vision in developing revenue generating initiatives to achieve the current year area business plan and support the long-term strategic sales plan for Clear Correct, USA. This position will drive business growth with relationship management to provide extraordinarily high levels of customer satisfaction. It must anticipate changes in the marketplace, industry, customer base, and competitive position, and adjust sales plans accordingly. The Inside Sales Director manages Inside Sales Territory Managers, Key Account Managers, and Practice Implementation Specialists for a geographic area comprised of multiple territories and ensures the organization's sales volume and profitability objectives are met.This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
  • Develops, implements and updates the Area Business Plan to ensure company sales direction is executed for all Clear Correct product lines.
  • Manages and develops inside sales staff. Hires, trains, reviews, rewards, and motivates Inside sales team. Coaches Inside employees on sales techniques and tactics across all 3 inside roles.
  • Establishes and manages effective sales and customer programs and seminars to promote new account sales and Inside sales growth and emerging products and services using internal sales support and education resources.
  • Maintains expertise on company's products and services to effectively manage sales activities.
  • Collaborates with Field Sales Leadership, Marketing & Education Team as well as the Clinical Advisor Team.
  • Responsible for P&L and adherence to discounting guidelines.
  • Frequent travel (including overnight travel) is required and will vary depending upon the specific region.
  • General CRM Activities:
  • Straumann SAP CRM, SalesForce, ClearComm, Zendesk, and DOMO provide a platform for every Clear Correct Inside based employee to plan and measure activities to the current customer base and with prospective customers. The data input provides guidance for business strategies to report trends, customer needs and identify sales, marketing and education opportunities. All employees with customer facing interactions are required to log quality activities with every Clear Correct customer and prospect.
  • Management Responsibilities:
  • This position manages up to 15 individual contributors.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing OR 4+ years training/work experience in business or sales management
  • 5+ years of inside sales experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience leading an inside sales team
  • Medical device B2B (Business to Business) industry experience
  • Proven capability with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Superior organizational, analytical, and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, and proficiency in presenting product ideas
