- Support strategy and own execution of email, push, and in-app campaigns-from concept to optimization.
- Build audience segments and user journeys, tailoring messaging to motivations and behaviors.
- Partner cross-functionally to test and launch consumer experiences that connect product value to user needs.
- Analyze dashboards and performance data to guide next actions and optimizations.
- Translate features and insights into clear, compelling consumer narratives.
- Align stakeholders on priorities, deliverables, and timelines with clarity and urgency.
- Continuously test, learn, and scale marketing strategies with a consumer-first mindset.
- 6-8 years of Product Marketing experience with impact on consumer launches and full-funnel campaigns.
- Proven ability to turn strategy into fast, measurable results.
- Skilled at distilling complex concepts into simple, compelling value propositions and stories that drive action.
- Creative storyteller and messenger who can move consumers to action.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior and digital product journeys.
- Analytical and data-driven, turning insights into immediate action.
- Highly organized cross-functional leader, equally comfortable with strategy and execution.
- Self-starter and problem solver: resourceful, scrappy, and fast-moving.
- Consulting background is a plus.
- Experience in consumer fintech is preferred.
