Job DescriptionAs a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll be the heart of daily support, helping individuals live with dignity and independence. You'll:
  • Provide hands-on care and encouragement.
  • Assist with personal needs like bathing, dressing, and mobility.
  • Support individuals in building life skills and reaching personal goals.
  • Create a safe, respectful, and positive environment where people can thrive.

  • Comfortable using technology for documentation.
