- Assists the Mammoth Black Manager and all related functions of the Mammoth Black program.
- Represents Mammoth Black in solving member requests and delivering exceptional service.
- The assistant acts as the point of contact for members and helps manage reservations for everything at Mammoth, including but not limited to, transportation, lodging, dining, ski & snowboard school, demos, Parallax, and access to special events and activities.
- Attends to the Mammoth Black Lounge daily.
- Must be highly familiar with the surrounding area, have knowledge of all resort business, attractions and activities
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- Two years in guest service experience. Previous knowledge of MMSA systems preferred.
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Strong follow-up and positive demeanor
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Sirius
- Very knowledgeable about MMSA and the surrounding Mammoth Lakes areas
