We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This position provides support directly to the Chief Administrative Officer and general office assistance to team members throughout the company. Duties of the Administrative Coordinator include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company's general administrative activities.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Assist with leadership and management functions, as assigned
  • Answer & direct phone calls and manage daily mail
  • Field emails & calls from field team and direct accordingly
  • Find, contact, arrange and pay for items / services
  • Partner with our Construction & Facilities Team to manage projects
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Provide general support as business needs require
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external partners
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an administrative coordinator or office administrative role
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MW Word, and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and flexibility to handle multiples tasks while remaining focused
  • Ability to take direction from multiple parties
  • High School degree: additional qualification as an Administrative Coordinator or Secretary will be a plus
