  • Processes a full range of recurring personnel actions that include a variety of appointments, separations, promotions, changes to lower grade, reassignments, transfers, or mass change actions, or any other actions.
  • Generates reports as necessary to perform quality control functions.
  • Uploads documents into electronic personnel folders (eOPF) to ensure employee records are complete and in chronological order.
  • Generates, submits and confirms receipt of payroll documents with NAF Financial Services through an automated tool or manually.
  • Responds to inquiries received from the HR Offices, NAF Financial Services and the NAF Employee Benefits Branch.

QualificationsNF-02 (Developmental)
Possess six (6) months of progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience, which demonstrates the ability to accomplish various human resources tasks and utilize human resource information systems.
The experience and ability listed above must be reflected on your resume to be considered eligible for this position.Highly Preferred: In addition to above minimum qualification requirements, applicants will possess prior work experience in Human ResourcesNF-03
1. Possess six (6) months of work experience inputting data into a personnel data base.
2. Prior records management experience such as transmitting (filing, uploading, transfers) and maintenance of records.
3. Possess prior experience using Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
4. Ability to work with a variety of human resources information systems.
