- Generate sales to meet revenue and operating income targets.
- Manage Associates to achieve satisfactory outcomes.
- Possess strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Effectively estimate and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Ensure projects meet or exceed budgeted gross profit.
- Follow standard internal operating and estimating procedures for project management.
- Perform tasks as assigned by senior management.
- Cultivate relationships with specialty subcontractors if required.
- Estimate selective bid and design-build opportunities.
- Provide sales support through proposal preparation and contractor qualification.
- Manage internal project processes such as documentation and scheduling.
- Oversee assigned projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality control.
- Complete weekly payroll processing using available software.
- Participate in regular meetings and provide cost forecasting on major projects.
- Assist with PowerPoint presentations for major projects.
- Support Business Development Managers with project narratives.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Background in corporate sales/marketing or project management preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills; business development experience advantageous.
- Experience in scope development, estimating, and pricing preferred.
