- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to create reports with a third-party report tool

- Strong interpersonal skills.
- High School diploma or equivalent G.E.D.
- Human Resources Capital Management Systems knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Healthcare industry experience preferred.
- 1-2 years of previous experience compensation/financial analysis with statistical analysis and financial modeling knowledge
- Current knowledge of field and wage and hour laws
