Responsibilities and Duties
  • Assist customers in determining what parts are necessary for their needs
  • Lead the Parts department to help both retail and wholesale customers.
  • Effectively train and supervise Parts employees to meet department and company goals
  • Knowledge and compliance with the federal, state, and local regulations that affect operation
  • Consistently meet or exceed dealership goals and objectives
  • Maintain a service customer follow up system that supports repeat and referral business and contributes to customer happiness
  • Hire and supervise Parts department personnel, as well as monitor their performance in servicing customers
  • Craft goals and objectives for the departments
  • Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling customer complaints immediately and appropriately
Qualifications and Skills
  • Sales or Parts Sales experience preferred
  • Strong focus on providing excellent customer service
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • Driven personality, eager to improve and able to work within and support internal teams
