To learn more about Summit Pacific, visitPay Range (depending on experience): $28.72 - $40.08.Position SummaryThe Facilities & Support Services Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Facilities, Emergency Management & Security, and Environmental Services departments. This position plays a key role in maintaining departmental efficiency through skilled clerical support, data management, and coordination of departmental projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing diverse responsibilities across departments in a healthcare environment.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Operational Support:
Manage departmental communications, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
Maintain organized records, logs, and documentation related to compliance, operations, and regulatory readiness.
Prepare and submit timekeeping data for review and approval by department leaders.
Support onboarding and documentation for new employees and coordinate ongoing administrative needs across departments.
Technology & Systems Administration:
Serve as the subject matter expert for the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), including system configuration, user setup, reporting, and optimization.
Provide support for other departmental systems including the mass notification platform, SDS database, OneRecall, and intranet sites.
Generate and analyze system reports to support planning, compliance tracking, and performance improvement.
Training & Education Coordination:
Coordinate training activities across supported departments and assist with broader organizational training initiatives related to safety, security, emergency preparedness, and workplace violence prevention.
May deliver or facilitate training sessions as assigned.
Compliance & Accreditation Support:
Maintain documentation to support compliance with DNV, OSHA, CMS, and other regulatory agencies.
Support preparation for audits, inspections, and surveys by maintaining a state of continuous readiness.
Organize and update shared databases and departmental documentation systems.
Project & Initiative Coordination:
Assist with the tracking and coordination of departmental and cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Prepare meeting materials, track action items, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely progress.
Procurement & Vendor Support:
Assist with ordering and tracking supplies, equipment, and services.
Maintain vendor records and assist in the procurement of vendors and services as required.
Other Duties:
Act as a backup to the Facilities Supervisor for assigning and coordinating work orders.
Perform other duties as assigned in support of departmental and organizational goals.
Qualifications:Required:
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field.
Experience in healthcare support services (Facilities, EVS, Security, or Emergency Management).
Familiarity with CMMS platforms and other departmental technologies.
Experience coordinating training or compliance programs.
