- Executive Support
- Manage and maintain the VP of Sales’ calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare presentations, sales reports, and other documentation for meetings.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of the VP.
- Sales Operations Support
- Assist in the preparation and tracking of sales forecasts, KPIs, and pipeline reports.
- Support the creation and maintenance of CRM records, ensuring data accuracy.
- Coordinate and track progress on sales initiatives, campaigns, and projects.
- Team Coordination
- Schedule and organize internal sales meetings, trainings, and events.
- Follow up on action items from team meetings and ensure deadlines are met.
- Act as a liaison between the VP of Sales and sales staff.
- Client/Partner Relations
- Assist with client communications, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate logistics for client visits, meetings, and presentations.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in handling client information.
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of administrative or sales support experience; experience supporting executives is a plus.
- Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate needs.
