
Admin Assistant

- Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Support the onboarding process for new hires (if applicable)
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office admin assistant, or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Experience with office management software (e.g., Google Workspace, Trello, Slack, or similar)
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping or HR functions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full-time, Monday–Thursday (30-40 hours a week)
- Office environment
- Pay Range: $17-$20/hour DOE
