Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and has excellent communication skills. This role is vital to keeping our office operations running smoothly and providing support to various departments.Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires (if applicable)
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office admin assistant, or similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with office management software (e.g., Google Workspace, Trello, Slack, or similar)
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping or HR functions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions:
  • Full-time, Monday–Thursday (30-40 hours a week)
  • Office environment
  • Pay Range: $17-$20/hour DOE
