- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, landline phones, mobile devices, software, and peripheral hardware via phone, email, chat, and in person.
- Support and assist with the administration of core IT systems including:
- Checkpoint Harmony for email security
- Endpoint protection and response tools
- Clarity Human Services HMIS platform
- SmartDeploy for OS imaging and deployment
- Meraki MDM and UniFi wireless access points
- Azure Active Directory and Office 365 administration
- RMM and managed services oversight
- CCTV platforms, including coordination with third-party vendors
- T-Mobile cellular services, including phones, 5G modems/antennas and mobile hotspots
- Assist the IT Manager in planning and implementing the migration of on-premises servers to cloud services (Azure or AWS).
- Assist with the future transition from Active Directory and Group Policy to Microsoft Intune for Windows 11 device management.
- Assist with endpoint deployment, OS upgrades (Windows 11), device imaging, and patch management.
- Maintain accurate IT inventory and documentation, including software licenses, device assignments, configurations, and access logs.
- Ensure timely application of system updates, antivirus definitions, and security patches
- Uphold cybersecurity best practices, promote staff awareness through training, and report potential vulnerabilities or incidents.
- Assist with Power BI or similar dashboard/reporting tools, including integration with Clarity Human Services for program analytics and insights.
- Maintain compliance with Veterans Inc. confidentiality policies and data protection standards.
- Deliver staff training and documentation on hardware, software, cybersecurity hygiene and IT tools.
- Manage user accounts, including setups, changes, and password resets. This also includes administering permissions and access controls.
- Attends and actively participates in all Veterans meetings and events as assigned.

- Minimum of a two-year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education.
- Minimum of 2-5 years IT support experience in a Windows environment.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Workstation and mobile device setup, support, and troubleshooting
- Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory user and group management
- Remote access and VPN support
- Wired and wireless network troubleshooting
- Vulnerability remediation and patch management
- Outstandingcustomersupport and problem-solving skills, including effective communication and strong interpersonal skills required.
- Understanding of Microsoft Office 365, Windows 11, and Microsoft Active Directory.
- The ability to successfully pass all Veterans Inc. pre-hire testing including, but not limited to CORI/Background and drug screening
