We want you to apply!Job Summary and QualificationsThe Radiation Oncology Staff Assistant staffs the front desk of the department and sets the tone for the patient’s visit. It is vital that they portray the I CARE values in every interaction with patients, physicians, and referring offices. The Staff Assistant performs various clerical and administrative duties, including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, managing medical records, and coordinating physician schedules.What You Will Do in This Role:· Coordinates Employee Health Program Promote a positive, customer-oriented demeanor.· Develops policies and procedures related to Employee Health· Provides new hire orientation.· Oversees the hospital-wide, vaccination and exposure programs.· Maintains accurate employee health records.· Assists Manager of Occupational Health/Workers Compensation in coordination of Workers Compensation Program.· Maintains regulatory compliance related to TOSHA and OSHA guidelines.What Qualifications You Will Need:· Associate degree RN· Current Tennessee RN licensure· BLS Certification Required· Previous experience in Employee Health is preferred· Technical skills: Improvement methodology skills, systems understanding, facilitation and teaching skills, computer, written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, organized and detailed.TriStar Centennial Medical Center is a 740+ bed comprehensive facility.
