- The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Accountability and management of Document Management System
- Ensure that no documents are overdue and meet all corporate and regulatory requirements
- Responsible for working in various database systems, data entry, running reports, and maintaining metrics
- Management of office equipment and ordering of office supplies
- Assist with meeting arrangements, visitors, etc.
- Proficient in use of MS Office: i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Web Applications
- Ability to acquire expertise in information systems and databases
- New employee set up and onboarding
- Development of streamlined and more efficient systems for data management and execution
- Support the Reliability Engineers by updating master data within the SAP/PM module.
This is a highly visible, key role within the Company and the Technology function. This position will report to the Melts/Telomers Technology Manager. In order to be qualified for this role, you must possess the following:
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent
- Ability to manage personnel confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, ability to quickly learn new systems
- Flexibility/Adaptability – Ability to adjust to change in work tasks, situations, and processes
- Ability to work across multiple work groups in multiple locations
- Planning and Organizing – effectively set priorities and get results
- Strong Problem Solving Skills – Data analysis is a key function of this role.

- Self-Management – Initiative to identify, start and complete projects independently
- Continuous assessment and improvement of support systems and work practices The following skill sets are preferred by the business unit:
- Prior Administrative experience including Document Management Systems, Database Management
- Prior experience at Washington Works.
- Software Applications - Outlook, Office 2010, Microsoft SharePoint, CMyAcess, Workday
- Ability to access and update elements of SAP PM
