The expected base salary range for this position is between 93,600.00 USD - 122,850.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. Collaborate on team projects to solve problems and improve processes and procedures that enhance quality, safety, cost and supply assuranceManage Plant Facilities by developing and executing strategies to maintain, optimize and support ongoing plant operations.Partner with the Maintenance Manager to manage day-to-day needs of the plant operations.Assist the Director of Engineering in building a multi-year capital strategy ensuring the optimal performance, maintenance and operation of all installed assets, including facilities, production and process equipment.Own the end-to-end technical delivery of projects, including supplier identification, specifications, costing, contract negotiation and execution, scopes of work development, contractor selection, work-site management, scheduling and task-tracking and all activities related to the execution of the projectAssist the production team in the flawless execution of new product launches within the SSSB. Establish and document equipment centerlines, develop documentation to ensure proper setup and performance of the process and production systems and champion initiatives to improve overall performanceServe as a passionate steward of the SSSB, ensuring the site is well-maintained through partnerships with outside service providers.
