As the full-time Lead HVAC Warehouse Coordinator at Ambient Comfort, LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics.WHAT'S THE SCOPE?With an expected pay range of $30,000 to $40,000 per year, your hard work and dedication will be recognized and rewarded.You will be provided great benefits such as medical, dental, vision, SIMPLE IRA with a 3% match, company shirts, paid vacation, sick days, paid holidays, paid training, and bonuses.Overtime is available for this position.YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTERYou will have a pivotal role in leading and developing our warehouse team. Your expertise in warehouse operations and strong leadership skills will be key in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our department. One of your primary responsibilities will be to develop, train, and supervise the warehouse staff. This includes scheduling employees, setting work priorities, conducting staff meetings, counseling and training employees, evaluating performance, and directing work assignments. Your ability to motivate and inspire your team will contribute to their growth and success within the organization. In addition to managing the warehouse staff, you will also be responsible for overseeing various operational tasks. Ensuring timely and accurate receiving, staging, ticketing, placement, planning, distribution, delivery, and replenishment of parts and materials will be vital to maintaining a well-organized warehouse. You will also be responsible for checking inventory for reorder needs and placing orders with appropriate vendors. As an effective communicator, you will stay in touch with installation crews to assist with any unexpected needs and ensure that required materials are promptly filled and delivered. Your ability to schedule deliveries and coordinate the pulling of inventories will guarantee that technicians have all the necessary items to successfully complete their assigned work.WHAT'S REQUIRED?
  • 3+ years of warehouse experience and a high school diploma (or equivalent) OR an equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Strong supervisory, computer, and mathematical skills
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
Additionally, the following would be a plus:
  • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, or HVAC
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Reliability
  • Ability to work independently
  • Efficient time management skills
  • Customer service skills
