- Provide representation supporting the design and construction for functional area projects
- Activities can include completing technical evaluations, presenting data, making recommendations, and closing action items
- Work cross-functionally to identify the problem, measure the current state, develop recommendations through qualitative and quantitative analysis, and present the findings
- Functional specific tasks such as completion of equipment design, development of supply planning tools, or maturation of unit operational readiness deliverables
- Internships could be a part of any of the Operations subfunctions including: Supply Chain, Process Development, Quality, Manufacturing, Facilities & Engineering, or other departments
- 18 years or older
- Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor’s Degree program from an accredited college or university with a 3.0 minimum GPA or equivalent
- Completion of one year of study from an accredited college or university prior to the internship commencing
- Enrolled in a full-time Bachelor’s degree program following the potential internship or co-op assignment with an accredited college or university
- Must not be employed at the time the internship starts
- Student must be located in the United States for the duration of the internship or co-op
- Junior standing with graduation in Summer 2027
- Degree concentration(s) in Human Resources, Engineering, Biomanufacturing, Life Science, Chemistry / Chemical Engineering, Biology, Biotechnology, or Supply Chain
- Solid understanding of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Smartsheet
- VBA for Excel and SQL knowledge
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, project management, problem solving, analytical and quantitative skills
- Proven personal initiative, self-motivation, flexibility and adaptability
- Proven leadership experience on campus (e.g., projects, clubs, organizations, sports)
