Develop Lean Management and Continuous Improvement (CI) Practices
Develop a sense of leadership based in accountability, sustainability and effectiveness
Develop a Lean thinking and CI mindset that drives business through robust problem solving
Develop a working understanding of operational processes, to real business case scenarios in production

Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent): Job duties would include, but not be limited to:
Research, Justify, and Execute operational improvement projects through coordination and collaboration with cross functional stakeholders
Project Management and schedule development
Tactical and operational Problem Solving
Minimum Qualifications:
Pursuing a bachelor's degree majoring in Operations Management, Engineering (Industrial or Technology), Management, or other related field
Clear written communication and strong interpersonal skills
Excellent organization and time management skills
Self-starter and highly motivated
Ability to follow through on tasks with minimum direction
Ability to shift and pivot to meet business needs
Effective working individually and within team environments.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

This range may not be applicable to other locations. Factors that could be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, years of experience and comparison to current employees already in this role. The typical candidate is hired below midpoint of the range.
