Supply Chain Director

• Executes effectively on RISE’s current Supply Chain operations while assessing existing and desired functions to design and implement a supply chain that drives continuous improvement.
• Partners cross-functionally to implement and operate systems that improve business processes and outcomes.
• Builds business cases that support strategic decision making and makes recommendations to optimize the application of the strategic sourcing process.
• Define and direct sourcing initiatives in alignment with strategic plans and supply chain strategies.
• Establishes strong and effective relationships with key suppliers (existing and new) to ensure quality, cost, delivery, and productivity targets are met.
• Develops sustainable, long-term strategies to achieve business objectives for the Supply Chain function.
• Establishes sourcing and supply chain strategies with a process- excellence focus.

• This role requires less than 10% travel to the Minneapolis metro and surrounding areas

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain roles with increasing levels of responsibility.

• Proven ability to analyze, develop and oversee supply chain programs in alignment with an organization’s long-term goals and strategy.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, engineering, or a related field.
