Job Description:OverviewThe entry level Assembly Team Member as part of the Manufacturing Operations team will pick, pack, weigh and build products to specifications. As an Assembler, you will need to be able to lift heavy items and use hands in a quick and accurate manner.This posting is for Reflex Fitness. Reflex continues to operate their plant in Davenport, IA as a Rogue Fitness Subsidiary.Pay starts at $20 per hour. Team members may also be eligible to receive a Quarterly Bonus.This position is for 1st Shift: 7am - 3pm. Some weekend availability will be required.Rogue Fitness is a Drug Free Workplace. A 10-panel drug screen (including marijuana) and pre-employment background check are required.ResponsibilitiesAbility to produce parts with hand tools or machine to exact specificationsAttention to detail and must be alert to quality issuesUse basic tools (wrenches/hammer/power tools) to build productPick, pack and move products around in a warehouse/assembly line environmentStand for long periods of timeUse measuring devices such as calipers, measuring tape, scales, etcQualificationsMust be proficient in the English language, including in reading, writing, and speakingHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferredSafely operate all powered equipmentMust be able to lift 80 pounds and carry it 80 feetMust be able to remain standing for 7+ hours a dayStrong attention to detail and must be alert to quality issuesAvailable to work overtime (Saturdays and/or longer hours)By applying to Rogue, regardless of the platform you choose to use, you are agreeing to Rogue's preferred methods of communication (i.e. text message).
