Position SummaryThe Department of Medicine at Michigan State University, College of Human Medicine, is seeking applicants at the Assistant Professor level to join the Division of Infectious Diseases. The position involves general adult infectious diseases in inpatient and outpatient settings. The qualified candidate will teach medical students, residents, and fellows. Additional responsibilities of the qualified candidate will include scholarly activity and administrative/committee assignments.Michigan State University is home to over 50,000 students, and the medical school possesses numerous clinical and basic science investigators. There are opportunities for research for interested candidates. The Division of Infectious Diseases is currently comprised of two full-time faculty and one Nurse Practitioner on the East Lansing campus.
