- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards. Forbes 5 Star, LHW, AAA Five Diamond and ESPA standards.
- Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended.
- Be visible, anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
- Always maintain positive guest relations following verbiage standards.
- Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
- Follow Spa opening & closing procedures.
- Review memo board, and attend daily pre-shift meeting (Zen Time)
- Check the WhatsApp chat regularly, as it is one of our strongest form of communication.
- Inspect Spa on a regular basis; i.e. Locker rooms, Relaxation areas, Pool deck, Private suite.
- Set up and maintain amenity bar
- Set up and maintain water station.
- Prepare and maintain hot tea stations.
- Maintain relaxation lounge.
- Stock and maintain lockers.
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide tour of the facility.
- Escort guests into the lockers.
- Handle emergency procedures.
- Remain at assigned station.
- Maintain towel/linen, robe supply, and inform management when area will be left unattended to collect linen.
- Clean and maintain locker rooms, restrooms, heat experience and shower areas.
- Inspect and maintain Jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna.
- Take food orders, retrieve from Costa Gril kitchen and deliver to guests.
- Service guests at the pool with beverage and alcohol service.
- Maintain the pool deck by constantly picking up debris and properly arrange pool furniture.
- Always maintain a clean environment for the lockers, relaxation areas, pool area.
- Empty trash containers and towel bins regularly.
- Handle lost and found items.
- Accompany guests to check out and provide fond farewell.
- Break down amenity bar.
- Break down water station.
- Break down hot tea stations. Ensure no guests are in the Spa before you exit for the closing shift.
- To follow and fully comply with Spa Director/Manager/Supervisor guidance regarding the wear of PPE, sanitation procedures and schedules as well as being knowledgeable in infection prevention measures taken by the spa.
