- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering with an emphasis in Chemical Synthesis or Formulation, Fill and Pack
- Prior Internship or Co-op experience in a manufacturing site
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Willingness to relocate as needed to pursue rotational opportunities
- Valid driver’s license
- Position requires being able to walk our production sites in any weather, including hot and humid, cold, and wet conditions
- Process design and optimization - understanding and improving chemical processes for efficiency and effectiveness
- Chemical process modeling and simulation - using software tools to predict and analyze process behavior
- Data analysis and statistical methods - interpreting large datasets to make informed decisions
- Risk assessment and safety management - identifying potential hazards and implementing safety measures
- Equipment design and troubleshooting - selecting, sizing, and maintaining process equipment
- Experimental design and laboratory techniques - planning and conducting experiments to develop new products or processes
