- Partner and collaborate with the executive director, regional director of sales and marketing, and the community sales team to develop and execute marketing plans to achieve community occupancy goals.
- Improve the occupancy level and revenue production of the community in accordance with the marketing and business plans to include completing sales calls, generating leads, and closing sales.
- Achieve individual sales goals and targets.
- Provide direct selling support to improve sales performance and meet sales expectations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with and generate leads through residents, family, and professional referral sources.
- Establish public relations events to promote goodwill in the community and work with other sales team members and management to plan, coordinate, and implement monthly prospect and/or referral source activities and events.
- Ensure that each prospective resident receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every prospective resident, maintaining solid product knowledge, and all other aspects of customer service.
- Maintain prospective residents' interest and commitments through continuous follow-up.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- Five to eight years marketing/sales leader experience, preferably in a regional capacity over multiple communities.
- Minimum of three years of experience in implementing successful business development strategies in various types of markets.
