They’re tolerant, empathetic, and intensely communicative. They love to talk. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their clients’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless. Problem-solving also comes naturally to customer care specialists. They're confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough knowledge to fix the problem.Your goal will be to ensure exceptional service standards and sustain high customer satisfaction.Customer Service Representative ResponsibilitiesIdentify and evaluate customers’ needs to deliver satisfactionBuild sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive discussionProvide accurate, valid and comprehensive information by using the right methods/toolsFollow communication procedures, guidelines, and policiesGo the extra mile to engage customersWork well in a group/team settingMotivation & Self-DisciplineVerbal and CommunicationPrepare, plan and execute travel sales (including but not limited to airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, tickets/events)Customer Service Representative RequirementsSome proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representativeLaptop or desktop computer (highly recommend, however, not required) with reliable internet accessMust have a smartphone with reliable internet accessStrong phone administration skills and active listening capabilitiesExceptional communication and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively * High school degree
