This is a remote position for Costa Rica and Colombia.
This position is Remote to work with a US Company; you will require to have Citizenship or a work permit from Costa Rica or Colombia to apply for this role. Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Shared Services Team Lead to manage a team of engineers located both locally and overseas. In this role, you’ll make sure the team works well together, stays on track, and delivers high-quality software on time. You’ll work closely with the testing (QA) team, help plan and organize the work, and make sure everyone—from technical staff to business leaders—is on the same page. You'll also be the main point of contact for both internal teams and outside customers, making sure communication is clear and issues are addressed quickly. Seeking a mix of technical and project management skills.Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree, Computer Science (preferred).
  • Minimum 2-3 ‘current’ years of ‘lead’ experience over distributed and cross-function teams is a must
  • Strong project management skills, especially in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • C# and JavaScript with strong focus on software backend development.
  • Azure DevOps, Git, and AWS Cloud Computing.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, cloud-based deployments, and DevOps best practices.
