Lining up conversations all this week and next!Qualifications:Demonstrated success in managing commercial construction projects, with a focus on local Healthcare, Education and Municipal ventures
10+ years experience in commercial construction as acting Senior Project Manager or Business Development
Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to motivate teams and collaborate with clients
Responsible for proactively managing quality control standards and ensuring safety of project and adherence to safety protocols
Monitor cost control and job costing, quantity reporting, forecasting and productivity
Ground up / complex project experience a plus for full life cycle
Computer skills and a familiarity with Microsoft office suite programs
Knowledge of accounting and cost control procedures
