Lead all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring consistency in food quality, presentation, and safety.
Oversee back-of-house staffing: train, coach, and mentor future leaders.
Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and facility upkeep.
Manage food costs, inventory, and profitability targets.
Partner with front-of-house leaders to deliver seamless guest experiences.
Drive results in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment.

Compensation & Benefits
