Join our passionate team and be part of our continuing legacy of positive change!Youth Systems CoordinatorMake a Difference in Youth & Family Services!Families & Youth Innovations Plus (FYI+)Position: Full-Time Coordinator (Agency)Salary: $42,000 - $50,820 annually (3 levels based on experience and education)FLSA Status: Salaried/ExemptJob Summary:Lead regional coordinator for the HUD Youth Homelessness System Improvement (YHSI) Grant in Southwest New Mexico. This role combines expertise in youth culture and homelessness systems with strong project management and collaboration skills to reduce youth homelessness while integrating with FYI+'s existing youth initiatives.What You'll Do:
  • Lead regional coordination for youth homelessness prevention in Southwest New Mexico
  • Build cross-sector partnerships with schools, housing providers, and justice systems
  • Facilitate community planning and cross-training on best practices
  • Oversee data collection and federal reporting via Amplifund
  • Center youth voice through engagement with the Statewide Youth Action Board and local focus groups
  • Develop coordinated entry systems and equity-focused tools for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ youth
  • Integrate services with FYI+ programs and resource centers
  • Ensure grant compliance, manage budgets, and support long-term sustainability planning
What You Need:Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Public Health, or related field
  • 3+ years of direct experience with youth populations
  • Project management experience with multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Knowledge of housing/homelessness systems preferred
