Eastern Regional Sales Manager Wireless Connectivity SoCsCompany OverviewWe are a fast-growing leader in low-power, short-range wireless connectivity semiconductor solutions, consistently ranked as a top vendor in the BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) space. With a strong portfolio of customer design wins and an exciting pipeline of new product launches, were expanding our US Sales Team to accelerate growth in the Eastern US region.Position SummaryAs a Regional Sales Manager (RSM), youll be responsible for managing and growing key accounts across the Northeast US and broader Eastern Region. This role is a blend of strategic account management and new business development, providing an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional to grow into a leadership role. We are seeking candidates based in the Northeast US (NY, NJ, MA, PA, CT, etc.).Key Responsibilities
  • Manage existing customer accounts, ensuring strong relationships and supporting ongoing design activities.
  • Drive new design win opportunities in target accounts, collaborating closely with engineering teams.
  • Develop and execute account plans focused on design activity progression and revenue growth.
  • Work directly with Channel Partners and Manufacturers Reps to build pipeline and expand territory coverage.
  • Leverage internal engineering resources (US and China) to provide technical solutions and support during the sales cycle.
  • Identify high-ROI opportunities and strategically allocate resources to maximize impact.
  • Provide regular updates on account activities, forecasts, and design progressions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor sales, technical sales, or business development roles.
  • Exposure to wireless connectivity (BLE, Zigbee, Thread, Wi-Fi), SoCs, or RF solutions is highly preferred.
  • Background in account management with a passion for new business development.
  • Strong collaboration skills able to work effectively with both internal technical teams and external customer engineering teams.
  • Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical discipline is a plus.
  • Must be based in the Northeast US region.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote/field sales capacity, with travel across the assigned territory.
  • Self-starter attitude with a problem-solving mindset and a strong desire to grow into a leadership role.
