- Manage existing customer accounts, ensuring strong relationships and supporting ongoing design activities.
- Drive new design win opportunities in target accounts, collaborating closely with engineering teams.
- Develop and execute account plans focused on design activity progression and revenue growth.
- Work directly with Channel Partners and Manufacturers Reps to build pipeline and expand territory coverage.
- Leverage internal engineering resources (US and China) to provide technical solutions and support during the sales cycle.
- Identify high-ROI opportunities and strategically allocate resources to maximize impact.
- Provide regular updates on account activities, forecasts, and design progressions.
- 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor sales, technical sales, or business development roles.
- Exposure to wireless connectivity (BLE, Zigbee, Thread, Wi-Fi), SoCs, or RF solutions is highly preferred.
- Background in account management with a passion for new business development.
- Strong collaboration skills able to work effectively with both internal technical teams and external customer engineering teams.
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical discipline is a plus.
- Must be based in the Northeast US region.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote/field sales capacity, with travel across the assigned territory.
- Self-starter attitude with a problem-solving mindset and a strong desire to grow into a leadership role.
- Youll play a pivotal role in driving the next phase of our US market growth.
