CorporationAtlanta, GeorgiaOur client, an Atlanta based healthcare company, is looking to hire a Senior Counsel to join their leanly staffed legal team. Qualified candidates will have 4+ years of healthcare, risk management and commercial contracts experience. The ideal candidate will have previous expertise negotiating and drafting a variety of contracts, handling corporate governance and M&A matters, and leading compliance and risk management efforts. This is a true corporate generalist role for someone who enjoys working in the healthcare space!Candidates will be required to think on their feet with a service-oriented and client centric mindset. Attorneys coming from either an in-house or law firm environment will be considered, although competitive candidates will have some prior Big Law experience.
