COMPENSATION: $70,000-80,000 plus commission
HOURS OF WORK: Full-Time
FLSA STATUS: ExemptPosition Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sponsorship Manager to join our team at Firebird Motorsports Park, Rawhide, Food & Music Festivals, Special Events and all opportunities at Wild Horse Pass Presents. The Sponsorship Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sponsorship initiatives to secure partnerships with local, regional, and national businesses and brands in a fast-paced and diverse environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sponsorship strategy to attract and retain sponsors for our venues and events.
  • Identify and research potential sponsorship opportunities aligned with the venues and events brands and target audience.
  • Cultivate, maintain, and grow relationships with existing sponsors, ensuring their deliverables, satisfaction, and maximizing engagement.
  • Prospect, pitch, and negotiate sponsorship agreements through research and networking to new partners, leveraging the unique offerings and opportunities available through all of our branding outlets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and event teams to create customized sponsorship packages and activation plans tailored to the needs and objectives of each sponsor.
  • Coordinate all sponsor deliverables and fulfillment activities.
  • Monitor and track sponsorship performance, providing regular reports and analysis to measure ROI and identify areas for growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in all sponsorship and marketing.
  • Represent all of our venues and events at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote sponsorship opportunities and build relationships with new potential sponsors.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align sponsorship efforts with overall business objectives and revenue targets.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Five (5) years minimum experience in sponsorship sales, partnership development, brand development, or related roles, preferably in the sports and/or live music entertainment industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and build rapport with stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and ability to develop innovative sponsorship concepts and activations.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
