  • 34 hours weekly -- Sunday through Wednesday schedule
  • 2 - 3 patients per hour average volume
  • Combined walk-in urgent care and scheduled family practice clinic
  • 10-hour weekday shifts, 9-hour weekend shifts, 5-hour Wednesdays
  • Two-week comprehensive training provided with dedicated trainer
  • EMR: Apple/Mac-based system, charting completed on-site
  • Procedures include suturing, blocks, splinting, and minor surgical removals
  • Strong focus on work-life balance culture
