Construction Superintendent - Driggs

- Monitor employee training and certification.
- Maintain division recruiting, hiring, promotion, and corrective action.
- Communicate instructions and expectations to construction crews and foremen.
- Communicate project issues and concerns with project manager and the customer.
- Visit and inspect each job site daily.
- Organize, plan, schedule and delegate work, labor and equipment.
- Assist in all project cost control and measurement tools being used on the project.
- Review, understand, and adhere to all contracts.
- Maintain insurable driving record.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental requirements.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Bachelor of Science degree in construction management preferred.
- Experience in the field preferred.Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, problem solving, and technical skills
- Knowledge of all equipment used for job and how to use it
- Ability to read and comprehend drawings and blueprints
