ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Offer administrative support to Management, Operations and Sales Teams across the nation
- Prepare agreements and proposals, verify document accuracy, maintain proper documentation, and handle general office management tasks
- Maintain critical customer documentation in CRM portal
- Interpret and analyze both oral and written communications effectively
- Facilitate the planning and coordination of office functions, including company annual conference
- Assist with special projects assigned by your manager
- Competitive Compensation: $20.00 to $25.00 USD per hour based on qualifications and prior relatable experience

- Possess a valid US driver’s license
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least five (5) years of experience in a critical administrative role
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and detailed work standards
- Proficiency and advanced skills in Microsoft applications and other computer software systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in written form
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Ability to positively react to change in environment, process, and people
- Experience working in an administrative capacity within a professional environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in contract software (e.g., AdobeSign), Adobe Professional, and Canva
- Must be physically able to operate a variety of machines and equipment including computer, office equipment, telephone, etc.
- Physical demands are primarily those of sedentary work
- Tasks may require extended periods of time at a keyboard or workstation
- Stand for extended periods of time, bend, use hands to fingers, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms
- Speak, hear, utilize a telephone, and computer for frequent communications
